I just bought a logitech wireless keyboard and while looking for KVM switches found out a sad fact : Wireless keyboards/mouses dont always work well with the KVM switches! I was disappointed since I had also bought two monitors for my two laptops and wanted to share the keyboard between those.  I was rescued by Synergy / Synergy +.

I first downloaded the 2006 release and it instantly worked. Needless to say I was thrilled and immediately looked for the next release and realized that there have been none since 2006. Synergy was a open source project by Chris Schoeneman, but unfortunately it had been discontinued since 2006.  On further research I found Synergy +, the Synergy re-vitalized.
